2019 Lotus Elise Cup 250 Prices and Specifications
Lotus introduces the updated version of the 2019 Lotus Elise Cup 250, dedicated to tracking day enthusiasts. Without modifying the four-cylinder 1.8 supercharged by 246 HP and 250 nm, the English technicians intervened to further reduce the weight, which reaches a dry value of 884 kg, as it drops up to 860 kg opting for the equipment on request. The car is already ordered in Italy starting from 66,540 euros and the declared performances are unchanged: 248 km/h maximum peak and 4.3 seconds to touch the 100 km/h from standstill.
New look for the 2019 Lotus Elise Cup 250. The new aerodynamic package includes the front splitter, the rear wing, the Bargeboard and the diffuser, ensuring 125 kg of the load at 225 km/h. The aesthetic was renewed, adopting the same front clam with increased air vents and the single rear optical groups of the Elise Sport and Sprint. Inside stand out the new change with linkage, the instrumentation with updated graphics and the new audio system with Bluetooth.
New for trim and exhaust. The trim has been further modified working on the calibrations of the Bilstein shock absorbers and there are no shortage of forged rims with tires Yokohama a048 Lts in sizes 195/50 16 “and 225/45 17”. The only change to the thruster is relative to the exhaust system: The standard version has been revised to offer a more immersive sound, while it remains in the titanium option that allows reducing the total mass of 7 kg. The braking system uses Brembo front and rear calipers with perforated discs of 288 mm for both axles.

Standard and optional equipment. The changes to the new 2019 Lotus Elise Cup 250 follow those adopted on the entire range Elise for the reduction of total mass: This model is, therefore, lighter than 14 kg compared to the previous edition. The standard equipment includes lithium ion batteries, rear cage, sports seats with a carbon structure covered with Alcantara with yellow or red seams, the back glass of polycarbonate and the aforementioned forged circles. To further reduce the weight, a long range of optional equipment is foreseen: the brake discs with a separate bell (-4 kg), the carbon interior finishes (-1.2 kg), the carbon aerodynamic components (-3.7 kg), the carbon Hard Top (-3 kg), the carbon front bonnet (-1.1 kg) and the Carbon Engine cover (-3.3 kg).
