2018 Aston Martin DB11 S Engine Specs, Debut, New Pictures
V12, V8 and now an even more sporty model: The 2018 Aston Martin DB11 S is preparing to further broaden its range, which in future will also welcome the waiting roadster. After making his debut with the unreleased V12 5.2 Biturbo and having just introduced the V8 4.0 Biturbo of AMG origin, the Aston Martin GranTurismo is in fact preparing to launch even a more dynamic variant, which should adopt the classic designation DB11 S.
2018 Aston Martin DB11 S Redesign and Improvement
Increased frontal air vents and new appendages. The images come from the Nürburgring, where the coupe is currently being tested. The forklift is practically unveiled and therefore, beyond the opaque bodywork, offers concrete analysis. Whether it is a more aggressive model is immediately apparent from the aerodynamic changes: in fact, we find increased air vents at the front and a new carbon splitter, while in the queue for the moment there are no big differences, beyond the active appendix in the raised position and equipped with an additional element that increases its height. The alloy rims are different from the standard ones and conceal the PCCB braking system, but it is not possible for the moment to understand whether tyres have been adopted with a lower shoulder than the other variants of the DB11.
2018 Aston Martin DB11 S Engine Power
Probable power increase for the V12 Aston Martin DB11 Specification. Being the probable S version it is possible that the engine can deliver more power than the current one. With the strong V12 of 608 HP and the V8 at 510 HP, we still do not know what the choices of Aston Martin will be: The logic would lead to think of an increase dedicated to the V12, but also in the House AMG the V8 4.0 has already proven to be able to break down the barrier of the 600 CV on the new class E and Class S.
