2018 Koenigsegg Agera RS Gryphon – At the Geneva Motor Show 2017 (March 9-19) Sweden’s Koenigsegg will exhibit the first two specimens of Regera, ready to be delivered to wealthy clients, supported by the new Agera RS Gryphon, which is a custom variant of the Agera RS.
Koenigsegg regeara. The car, presented for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show 2015, has been updated and resubmitted in his final event last year, always in robes. The hybrid power unit with regera uses a heat engine 5.0-liter V8 and electric motors can develop well 1,500 HP and 2,000 Nm of torque, while the transmission is based on Direct Drive System (KDD), without a traditional Exchange. So configured, according to official values, stores the sprint from 0-100 kph in 2.8 seconds, reaching 300 km/h in 10.9 seconds and tops 400 km/h in about 20 seconds from a standstill. The first specimen, of 80 units planned, has a livery reminiscent of the classic British Racing Green shades, combined with an interior characterized by the use of Saddle Brown leather for saddlery and some components. The second model has a toned body, Candy Apple Red with black leather seats and interior details in Lincoln (Cranberry).
2018 Koenigsegg Agera RS Gryphon. Alongside the two models described above will also feature the RS Gryphon. The particular name chosen for this model refers to the legendary figure of the Griffon, venerated for its representation of strength and speed, as well as the heraldic symbol used on the flag of the province of Skåne, where is the Koenigsegg factory. Aesthetically, the personalization results when using a carbon bodywork enriched by a series of details covered with 24 karat gold foil. The solution used to cover many details of the passenger compartment, in contrast with the dark shade of Alcantara.
